  • Share clear photos or videos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Invoice

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
